The location is marvellous and magnificent, at a medium distance from a famous chapel. the rooms are quiet, brand-new, and come with climate control, a personal safe, and flat-screen television. - the atmosphere of the hotel is family-oriented.

A double room was the best. Location: the hotel was right by the river, other attractions in Rome, and many bus stops...

i had a very very good stay. everything was good and the rooms were brand-new. the location was perfect and excellent for getting around, as a metro station was close to the hotel. also, the property was very close to an army museum and you can walk to christian and art museums.

our recent stay at a hotel in Rome was amazing! Ottaviano Smart Rooms exceeded our expectations. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the Vatican and right next to a metro station. The room was clean and functional, with a powerful shower and great AC. The staff, especially Miki, provided excellent service and made our anniversary trip even more special. Highly recommend!

The room at Ottaviano Smart Rooms was absolutely perfect for us. It had everything we needed, from the comfortable bed to the coffee machine. We loved the thoughtful touches like heated floors and the laptop-friendly workspace. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Personally, we found the soundproofing in the room to be a bit lacking. But hey, to each their own.
